The United Nations Knowledge Gateway has proven itself as the internal source for administrative and operational support guidance in the secretariat by achieving over 1.3 million visitors since its launch in April 2020. Used by over 45,000 secretariat personnel, the UN Gateway brings together guidance, job aids, best practices, FAQs, training opportunities, templates and other materials, all in one, easy to-navigate place. Most notably, the UN Gateway leverages innovative multimedia and digital formats to breakdown guidance into bite sized chunks for practitioners and staff members to do their jobs more effectively and avail of their entitlements accurately and in a timelier manner.
