Global strategy on digital health 2020-2025

The Global Strategy on Digital Health 2020–2027 is WHO’s flagship framework guiding countries and partners in advancing safe, equitable, and interoperable digital health systems. Endorsed by the World Health Assembly, it sets a unified vision for using digital technologies to strengthen health systems and improve service delivery.

The Strategy focuses on four priorities:
• Strengthening global collaboration and governance for digital health;
• Supporting national digital health strategies through whole-of-government approaches;
• Building robust digital health ecosystems, including workforce and sustainable financing; and
• Advancing people-centred digital services that empower individuals and communities.
